Our Surf|Turf series continues this month as we team up with Guest Chef Jonathan Zaragoza for a one-night-only collaboration on Sunday, September 27th. Expect the "Turf" portions of this five-course prix fixe to draw from Chef Zaragoza's experience at the helm of Masa Azul and his family's acclaimed South Side taqueria, including elevated riffs on Mexican classics — and goat, because this is Chicago and around these parts 'Zaragoza' is synonymous with 'delicious goat.'  Our own Chef Danko orchestrates the "Surf" to compliment nicely (and nautically!), with an optional beverage pairing to tie it all together.
