Our Surf|Turf series continues! On Sunday, March 20th we welcome guest chef Rob Levitt from The Butcher & Larder -- Chicago's first local, sustainable whole-animal butcher shop. So the "Turf" portion of this dinner is sure to be out of this world!  Our chef Matt Danko will be providing equally amazing "Surf" courses, making this one-night-only, six-course prix fixe nothing short of stellar. An optional beverage pairing from our own Danny Shapiro will also be available, so you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the feast.

FIRST COURSE

Surf|Turf Antipasti:

roasted oyster with bone marrow butter,

crostone of n’duja and mackerel,

‘tonno del chianti’ with anchovy salsa

 

SECOND COURSE

housemade ‘neonata’, crispy polenta,

burrata, arugula, bread crumbs, lemon

 

THIRD COURSE

crispy lamb belly, bitter greens, blood orange aioli

 

FOURTH COURSE

butternut squash, fennel, fish sauce caramel,
smoked crème fraîche, everything spice

 

FIFTH COURSE

smoked sausage, cabbage, caraway,

mustard, brown butter

 

DESSERT

chartreuse, smoked vanilla, pear, cucumber
